Discreet Shipping

We ship discreetly in packaging only containing carrier markings (i.e. Us Postal, Fed-Ex, etc.) or plain envelopes or boxes.

In-Stock Items

Weekday orders for in-stock items placed by noon will be shipped the following business day. Weekend orders are shipped on Tuesday.

Internet-Only Items

Items marked as "Internet Only" can take from 1-3 business days to ship. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method! If you have a mixture of "Internet Only" and other merchandise, we may ship more than one package to you from different warehouses. (You will not be charged extra for this, and you will receive tracking information for each package.)

Shipping Options

• Fedex Ground: Our prefered shipping method. Shipping will take 1 - 7 working days depending on the distance from South Florida. Note: you CANNOT ship items to a P.O. box with this method.

• Fedex Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day day delivery: These are faster, but more expensive. Don't forget to allow for our processing time!

• USPS Priority Mail: Shipping usually takes 2 - 3 working days anywhere in the US and allows delivery to post office boxes.

Backorders

Although we try to keep everything on our site available for immediate processing, we may occasionally be out of stock on a specific size or style, or the last item might have been sold from our retail store. If that is the case, we'll let you know your options.

If we can obtain the item for you, or if it is currently on order, we'll let you know roughly how long it will take to get it. If you have other items in your order, and would like to have them sent right away, we'll send the backordered item to you when it arrives, at no extra charge, and without charging your credit card for the backordered item until it's ready to ship.
