Return Policy
To make your purchasing as worry free as possible, we offer a 30 day returns policy on most products. We inspect each item before it is shipped to make sure that you receive items in good condition. If for some reason you are unhappy with your selection, you may receive a complete refund to your credit card or a store credit, provided your return meets the following criteria.
- Please check the working condition and fabric quality of all products before use. We will not honor returns of any items, even defective items, that appear to have been used or washed.
- Product must be in unused condition.
- All clothing must be unworn with the original tags still attached.
- All items must have all accessories and be in the original packaging (if any).
- Sealed items must have any original shrink-wrapping or seal intact.
- Books must be in original condition with unbroken spines and undamaged covers.
- It is within 30 days of original shipment.
- The following items are NOT Returnable for any reason:
- Panties
- Items marked as: Costumes or Seasonal, Sale, Clearance, & Closeout Merchandise
To initiate a return, please Contact Us. Include your order number, item number, and a brief explain of what you would like to return and why you wish to return it (e.g., wrong size, not what you expected) and indicate whether you are requesting a refund, exchange or store credit. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund to your credit card. Exchange requests should indicate the product you prefer and include your explicit authorization to charge your credit card any difference in price. Exchanges may be made only for items of equal or greater value. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We will reply to your message with a Return Authorization Number and detailed return procedures. Do not send any item without a return authorization. Items sent back to After Midnight without a RA# on the outside of the package will be refused.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned items back to After Midnight. However, in the case of exchanges, the NEW item(s) will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
If a product is damaged during shipment, please let us know. If your shipment was sent Fedex, please contact them directly to file your claim.
We reserve the right to deny a return on any product that is judged not to meet the criteria outlined above or to have been deliberately damaged or damaged through misuse or poor return shipment packaging.
